All clients arriving on their own with car rental or transfer company (i.e. who are not picked up by Makutsi at HDS airport) have to arrive before 4pm so that we can do a proper arrival & safety briefing! Please also remember to call Makutsi Office BEFORE turning onto the gravel road, as you have no mobile reception on the gravel road, and the Makutsi Gate is not manned. If you do not call in advance, nobody will be at the gate to let you in.
